We welcome both walk-ins and appointments! We strive to accommodate as many customers as possible who are passionate about crafting personalized masterpieces. For those who prefer spontaneity, feel free to walk into our Arts & Crafts Pop-Up Store during operating hours and join us for a creative session. However, we also offer the option to book an appointment, ensuring you have a dedicated spot and personalized attention, especially during peak times or for specialized workshops.

The tufting process typically take between 2-3 hours, but it can vary based on the complexity of your design, size of rug, and your tufting experience.

Our experienced instructors provide step-by-step guidance, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. With user-friendly tools and an encouraging environment, you'll have everything you need to create your personalized masterpiece.

Submit your personal designs to us by email to tuftopiacc@gmail.com and our team will assist you in translating your design.

Painted bears are ready for pickup 72hrs after completion. We will notify you when your bear is ready for pickup during our regular studio hours.

Absolutely! TUFTOPIA warmly welcomes you to bring your own drinks and alcoholic beverages(ID's will be checked for alcohol) to enjoy as you tap into your creativity. We do have fruit tea for purchase in store as well. We're here to make your TUFTOPIA experience as delightful as possible!
